Diastereoselective synthesis of O symmetric heterometallic cubic cages.

Enantiopure chiral cubic cages have been diastereoselectively synthesized for the first time. Chiral amines lead to the isolation of O symmetric homochiral cubic cages, while an achiral amine gives a racemic mixture. CD enhancement is observed as a result of configuration rigidity.

O(N)-Symmetric and Cubic Interactions

The beta function of the vacuum energy density is analytically computed at the five-loop level in O(N)-symmetric φ theory, using dimensional regularization in conjunction with the MS scheme. The result for the case of a cubic anisotropy is also given. It is pointed out how to also obtain the beta function of the coupling and the gamma function of the mass from vacuum graphs. This method may be ...

An extended framework of cages formed of pre-synthesised and functionalised heterometallic cages.

We present the first example of an extended 3D framework synthesised without the use of an isolable organic component. This is achieved by the combination of two cage complexes isolated and functionalised prior to synthesis; [(n)Pr2NH2][Cr7NiF8(O2C(t)Bu)14(O2CC5H4N)2] and [Fe2CoO(O2C(t)Bu)6(HO2C(t)Bu)3], where the former is as a bidentate linker, bridging between three nodes of the latter.

Cubic symmetric graphs of orders $36p$ and $36p^{2}$

A graph is textit{symmetric}, if its automorphism group is transitive on the set of its arcs. In this paper, we  classifyall the connected cubic symmetric  graphs of order $36p$  and $36p^{2}$, for each prime $p$, of which the proof depends on the classification of finite simple groups.

[AuHg(o-C6H4PPh2)2I]: A Dinuclear Heterometallic

The heteronuclear AuI/HgII complex [AuHg(o-C6H4PPh2)2I] (1) was prepared by reacting of [Hg(2-C6H4PPh2)2] with [Au(tht)2]ClO4 (1:1) and NaI in excess. The heterometallic compound 1 has been structurally characterized and shows an unusual blue luminescent emission in the solid state. Theoretical calculations suggest that that the origin of the emission arises from the iodide ligand arriving at m...
